Against Time and Death is an asynchronous two-player roleplaying game by Nick Bate, inspired by the acclaimed sci-fi novella This Is How You Lose the Time War. Challenge your rival by framing dramatic scenes anywhere in the multiverse, find inventive ways to twist the strands of reality to your organisation’s worldview, and exchange provocative letters ingeniously concealed from the ever-watchful eyes of your masters. The card-driven mechanics drive the narrative via tightly-balanced decisions based on limited information.
