Rivers and Lakes is a solo journaling game which you play as a Xiake (hero) making a name in jianghu (rivers and lakes, also known as the world of martial arts), from their birth to their inevitable end. Throughout the game, you will experience many ups and downs. Your Xiake may be forced into difficult and uncomfortable scenarios where they may perform unpleasant or even make despicable decisions.
The game follows the A Thousand Year Old Vampire system where you progress through answering Prompts that guides your Xiake through their tumultuous life. Their life will be chronicled and immortalized. Their legends could be heard in jianghu even after their death.
